Spread Spectrum (Robin, Woodpecker)

Woodpecker and Robin are using a on module clock generator chip. The Spread Spectrum is configured as follows:

• PCIe: Enabled to -0.5% down-spread
• SDVO and LVDS: Enabled to -0.5% down-spread
