SATA (Robin)

On Robin, the SATA interface is provided by a IDE to SATA bridge chip from JMicron. It is connected to the Master of the Poulsbo IDE and provides one SATA interface to the ComExpress Connector. On the IDE side, the bridge chip supports the following transfer rates:

• PIO 0-4
• MW DMA 0-2
• UDMA 0-7

Note

• Due to a hardware limitation of the US15W, Robin Z510 supports only UDMA 0-4, whereas Robin Z530 modules also support UDMA 5.
