Power Up (Robin)

This is a short introduction to the first part of the power up sequence (valid for Robin and Woodpecker):

• +V5A and +V3.3A have to be present in the S5 state. Depending on the power configuration, +12V_CE also have to be present on the module itself.
• Depending on the power configuration, the module waits for pressing the power button or starts directly
• The module release SUS_S5# and SUS_S4# signals by setting them to high
• The baseboard has to return PWR_OK by setting it to high within 15 seconds
• The module switches on +V5
• The module switches on +V3.3
• The module switches on +V1.8
