Platform Builder comes with many tools like File Viewer and Process Viewer etc..
If KITL and CESH is used then KITL and Kernel Debugger have to be enabled, and shell.exe has to be running. Clearing the registry may be necessary in order to make sure that shell.exe is running successfully.
